The JDC Skywatch Xplorer 4 is a pocket Anemometer, Thermometer, Electronic Compass, Barometer and Altimeter all in one. A fantastic all round Hand held Weather Station for all kinds of outdoor activities. Designed and built in Switzerland with the most advanced sensors available. The Xplorer 4 is the top of the Skywatch Xplorer line, providing an upright Digital Compass & Barometer in addition to Wind & Temperature readings. This tiny pocket wind gauge is built tough to handle the rigors of field work and is waterproof like the rest of the Skywatch Xplorer line.

The Skywatch series of pocket weather meters are packed with features essential to monitoring the environment, yet the Xplorer series remains inexpensive and is easy to use. They are designed in Switzerland for both consumer and professional use and are built to demanding specifications. The Skywatch Xplorer series is engineered to provide a lifetime of accurate and dependable use.

Balanced impeller is integrated into wind meter. The impeller is magnetized, producing a magnetic field when rotating which is measured internally. Damage to the impeller is unlikely due to the small opening.
