The Skywatch Eole1 is a simple accurate instant Wind Speed Measurer, waterproof and it even floats.
Skywatch Eole is an anemometer with a 54mm impeller that measures wind strength without worrying about his position. The large easy to read display shows instant windspeed, maximum windspeed and average windspeed all at once, while the 54mm impeller on the Eole provides very accurate readings. This device is energised by two replaceable AA batteries. The display is in 1/10 increments up to 99.9 then full units. The aluminium base with a thread allows its mount on a camera tripod. The polyethylene foam grip makes the Eole comfortable to hold, and the whole device is waterproof and floats.
